I was using tikona connection. Recently i decided to discontinue the connection after multiple complaints that remained unresolved due to slow and useless network service from tikona. Then some senior person from tikona called me multiple times and convinced me to change plan which will work for me. I have all the call recordings with me. There was same issue with that plan too. So now i am discontinueing the connection. And the are asking me to pay amount of 1700 for a useless service. I am not paying a single penny to this fraud company.
