My Tikona Broadband (User ID: [protected]) frequently remains out of order and it is impossible to contact Customer Service because the number is totally unresponsive. A recorded message keeps saying all operatives are busy, please call after some time...and after a few minutes of this message playing, the line is disconnected by the company. From the time I became a subscriber in March 2014, I have been unable to contact this company's customer service department even once. This company is cheating its customers big time.
