Hello tikona, ([protected]) i have a mail from you people as you have terminated the account due to area issues of your network. Moosapet power nagar colony. I have taken 3 months prepaid internet access why i will request you people to terminate without completing even 45 days??? You people always trouble customers without proper answering my questions you asking again to pay amount without providing service for my paid amount. It worst from your path! I have ur customer center mails sms proof that you have disconnected. Im not going to pay even a penny as there is no mistake from my part i can prove it! Don't send unnecessary messages to my mobile. Check ur mails to me. I only contacted you as im not receiving net so you peiple replied trough sms like your area is correctly terminated from serives. Nothing from my side. Dont play non-sense why customer will ask to disconnect without finishing min 45 days of 3 months payment. I dont no how u got 1065/'. You didn't provided my 3months service and how u got that 1065/- i have proofs from my side i not going to pay or reply from now to any. Was this information helpful? | |
