[Resolved]  Tikona Is Worst — No response from tikon

Dear Tikona Team

I am waiting for my refund from january-18-2016, and regarding this i have sent so many mail, but till now i have not receive any response. I had given request for disconnection of my tikona Account UID- [protected] and for refund. This is my final mail to tikona after that i will not send any mail, please disconnect my connection and refund my money. Aslo, stop sending bill, which i am getting every month, after giving request for disconnection also. Here is a proof of my previous mail.

Following is mail, which previously i have sent to customer care and j nair, but unable to get any response. After giving request for disconnection on 18 Jan 2016 over phone, as well as in my all previous mail, tikona has not disconnected my connection and no refund has been done which they had promised over phone. For detail please see below mail, which was earlier sent by me.

I wish this time i will get any response. Please disconnect my connection permanently, as i requeste in my all previous sent mail.

"If tikona is unable to accept my continuous request for disconnection and refund of my balance amount, i have to think some other solution. Please response my e-mail by e-mail if you have any concern."

How many times I should write please disconnect my connection permanently and refund my money. Why tikona is not disconnecting my request. The request for disconnection had given on 18 of January. So many mail I am writing, but not getting even single reply. If you will not response and I have to think any alternative. Please disconnect my connection permanenly, as per request given by me on 18 of January, and refund my amout, as I paid bill till 7 of febuary.

I have given request for disconnection on 18th of January and paid bill till 7 of Febuary as I was paying bill on advanced, so tikona has taken bill of period 7 January to 7 Febuary on 22 of December. As tikon executive had said i will get refund soon but "Till now I did not get my refund, Instead of refund day by day my bill is increasing…". Please reply me via same instead of sending new mail with claiming a new outstanding amount. Kindly do needful.

Dear Sir/madam,


I had given a request for disconnection of my tikona broadband on 18.01.2016. As discussed with tikona care executive, they said within 2 days they will disconnect and I will get conformation call. After two days they called and asked problem…but finally as per my request they told they will disconnect it. After some time when I called for information they said we have not disconnect your service but we have stoped your rental and for refund you will get call. Today one lady called me from tikona, and when I asked she told your rental has not stopen, now she will forward my request for rental stop. I was shocked, because I taught if tikona has said means they have stop, but I was wrong.

Please disconnect my tikona broadband permanently.
