Tikona — Issue regarding the bill | |||
Hi, Complaint Number:[protected] & [protected] I had disconnected the internet in the month of Dec 2016, but surprisingly on 19 May 2016 i received the bill for which i am not liable to pay since i am not using the services/ nor placed the request to activate the new plan. During the month of Dec 2015 I requested the executives to collect the equipment from my building terrace but no response from the tikona end. When I called up Tikona executives they stated that I had the new plan activated on my account. I informed them that i have not placed any call for internet activation/ plan change. I had disconnected my internet plan 3 - 4 months before and going forward i would not like to continue with the plan. It seems that in spite of the repeat request to collect the equipment from my building terrace in the month of Dec 2015, they did not do so because later on by doing some fraudulent transaction they can keep tracking consumers for payments by manipulating things. I have written around 6 to 7 emails to the tikona consumer support but still I have not got the proper response. I would request them to revoke the bill and please collect your equipment from my terrace. I would once again like to iterate the fact that I have not provided any consent for the activation of the internet in the month of May 2016. Please note that i am not interested in using your services, collect your equipment from my building terrace, and i am not liable to pay the bill. I fail to understand how the request to activate the plan has been noted. I donot accept the request for plan of activation / bill sent. Neither i am using the services. You can check the usage data as well. Please cancel the activation if done by you. I am reiterating the fact that i have not provided the consent to you.
