[Resolved] Tikona — Issue with discontinuation of Tikona service | |||||
I had a Tikona broadband connection and faced frequent internet service issues. So I wanted to disconnect but their customer care was not contactable. Even their app does not have that facility to request disconnections. I paid my last bill and took a new connection and stopped using Tikona totally. But they kept on sending bills and when they call regarding payment, that is the only way I can contact them. I told them that I am not using Tikona any more and please disconnect the same. They do not accept my request and keep on saying what is the problem— we will sort it!! So there was absolutely no way I could disconnect. Now they made some calls through someone faking to be a lawyer and claiming that they will file a case. I even paid yesterday ₹3358 (which is an amount I have paid for services that were never taken from them) as demanded by them yesterday through the lawyer (most probably fake) as full and final amount. But now I see that they have not disconnected and still continues to harass me. I am sure they will send another bill again. So I am being harassed to keep on paying for services that I am not taking. Please help in resolving this. At this point I have paid all dues and also paid amounts that were not due as I was not using Tikona and want to get a mail from them confirming disconnection. Was this information helpful? | |||||
