[Resolved] Tikona — latency issue | |||
I have made a connection application to tikona for the 10 mbps for 6 months that they have a said policy for a rented person. From day one i have been facing this issue and complaint about the same many time but the problem still persists and company gave false hopes to provide to upgrade to resolve the problem but every time i face disappointment form them. They have passed over 2 months now and still no resolution but just false hope. Latency test is included with the complaint but their website shows false latency of 15 ms which i have tried doing the same test on another website simultaneously. I want my money back of 6 months.
