Tikona — Legal action call from tikona | |||||
Today I received a call from a person calling, himself an advocate, on behalf of tikona. He told me that Tikona is planning to take a legal action against me as I have not paid a bill of 21, 000 something. He told me to pay it within half an hour. I tried to call customer care but I got an automated answer that I will be contacted back in 48 hours. I got my connection disconnected in June-July 2015 and was a pre-paid one. Not sure how they come to 21, 000 figure as mine was 800 something plan and this is a the month of November. had to call Tikona customer care again and again to get my connection disconnected. Finally they did and told me that you will get a full and final settlement bill and some one will come and collect the instrument which never happened. Neither did a receive my refund. The number from which I got a call was [protected], whom I think was not a lawyer but some customer representative. My questions to Tikona: [protected][protected] I don't think that I need to pay anything as mine was a pre-paid one (as was told to me by sales person). Why did I have to call Tikona again and again to get my connection disconnected. Similar problem was faced by my neighbor. One of my friend even warned of Tikona as even he was harassed by these people. Why did not anyone come to collect the instruments and why I did not receive any full and final settlement statement. Not sure how did Tikona got it's license.. They could not even provide basic internet speed .. I was fed up with the connection and got it disconnected. The technical person who cam for installing the device was some illiterate person who took 4 hours for installation. Similar problem was faced by my neighbor as customer care rep was not ready to get his connection. I regret for opting the Tikona.

today i also got a call from same no and say that paid Rs 300 amount other wise we will take some legal action.

I have did my last settlement and submitted all hardware which are provided by tikona.
I have sent the settlement latter, they called it “CPE REMOVAL LATTER” on 29/10/2015.
But I am getting lots mail/ phone call or legal notice till date. Today one of their advocate called me asking that we are registering complaint against you in Delhi.
He was asking me to pay unbilled amount. Also given me complaint ID as : nw309-2015.
I have requested them to disconnect my connection because of their poor service.
They lied to me, when there connection was not working their customer care executive keep saying me from our side there is no any problem may be your hardware is not working,
After some day they said we were working on server issue located at your area that’s why problem was from tikona side.
When I called them to tell my issue few times their customer care executive drop my call in between and never called my back.
Also they generated bill for that month where connection was not working for minimum 15 days in that month.
These people are really harassing, I need help to deal with their notice.
