Tikona — Legal action call.. Getting calls to pay extra bill after disconnection | |||
I raised a disconnection request On Sep 24, 2015 because of prolonged network issues and have stopped using the internet since Sep 25, 2015. My billing cycle happens to be on 26th of every month. Hence, the customer care people told me on the email that if you do not use the service during Disconnection process(i.e. 15 days), no bill would be generated. But even after that, I am still getting bills and calls from their people who don't have professional etiquettes to talk to customers. Even after sending multiple reminders on mail to tikona, those people never reply back. Their helpline number always says: YOU WILL GET A CALLBACK.. But no one calls us.. This is a case of irrelevant mental harassment.. After the disconnection request was raised, no one from tikona had come to collect the devices. Now in the mid of December, suddenly they charged us 1500 for not submitting the device. It is their responsibility to collect the device and make sure that proper disconnection request is followed. Tikona customer care is the worst. They never talk to the pojnt. They always say that a callback will be given. Worst customer service and pathetic network. Was this information helpful? | |||
