[Resolved] Tikona — Legal case | |||
I have taken a connection with tikona, later given request for disconnection because of bad service. They did not considering that and keep on sending bills along with late payment. Now after around 6 months, one of the person with mobile [protected], introducing himself as public prosecutor to pay the bill, not even listening the issue. I have paid last bill on 22nd of nov for the period 7-nov-15 to 6-dec-15. And sent request for disconnect as on 11-dec-15. Now they made bill for 1000/- around and now threatening to face case or to pay. They not even respond for disconnection request but now calling for case, payment etc... Did you got any response from Tikona? I faced the same issue even when I gave the request to disconnect in return. Unfortunately I had to pay around 3000Rs to avoid legal notice against me. I had the same issue, the prosecutor was not even listening to me and Tikona customer care goes unanswered always.
