[Resolved]  Tikona — legal Notice and a case in Delhi high court

I get a call from [protected] lawyer to pay 1485 Rs online within half an hour that tikona has raised a case against me and if not paid within half an hour, I should pay penality of 200000Rs and fight the Case in Delhi with a lawyer.Due to fear I made the payment of 1500rs but I did not use the Service after disconnection.

I called the Tikona service that i do not have any material and same has been taken by the tikona service provider,

I got tikona connection in aug 2015 and but not a single day went by that i didn't have service issues and i have to make calls everyday for no connectivity and after getting tired of daily hassle i mailed them to disconnected and also requested the same on calls when didnt get proper reply on mail.i had paid for two months in advance that should cover for aug and September and i had no usage in september and they still didn't disconnect the service and kept on generating bills and sending me mails that they can see my usage.i repeatedly called to cancel the service and i told i will not pay because i have not used the data
Today on 6.4.2016 i got a call from some anjana sharma from tis hazari court on behalf of narendra kalra advocate that they will file a case.
I dnt understand it is tikona who should pay me the refund as their connection didnt work why should i pay fr months i didnt use the service.i mailed them but i get message that my email id is not registered.my user id is [protected].
What should be my course of action here?

Actually i paid one month in advance and asked them to close my connection by calling to customer care. Customer care person forced me to retain the connection, and asked me to give it to some friend. But i told him that i don't want to continue, then he said he will place for closing the connection, but nothing happened from next month onwards i started getting the bills then i sent email saying, I want to close my connection then they replied that you have to pay the dues,
My question is why i have to pay, when I requested in customer care, to close the connection then you did not close it.

Dear friends please beware and don't suffer like me,

First 6 months connection will work properly,

Then technical problems will start after 6 months,

you have to reach Tikona multiple times to resolve the issue, again it will work for 2 to 5 days,
Again the connection will fail, this circus repeats till you desired to terminate the service,

If you have decided to terminate they will not stop service till you stop connecting your device to modem at least for 10 TO 15 days after your requested date, even if your device connects for 1 mint also counted as full usage ( be careful on this disconnect the modem completely if you want to terminate services on requested date ).

While calculating the final service termination date Tikona will not consider your termination requested date, Tikona will only consider the last login date after your request.

While returning modem Tikonal will not give you proper receipt and acknowledgement for the equipment received by them, if you return equipment without proper acknowledgement there you will be caught to put you under legal harassment for not returning modem on time as per the service agreement .

Even you request for the clear bill details for full and final amount to be paid Tikona will not respond, but their lawyer will file a case in civil and criminal court in Delhi and will be needed struggle.

Tikona will not return your deposit but it will charge penalty for late payment.
Tikona is looting public money from their customers. Even though it is a prepaid connection why do we still need to pay the amount and this is absolute bollocks from Tikona. Please boycott using tikona. No proper forms has been issued at the time of connection and on what basis you are charging i[censored]ser is requested to terminte. And legal dept called in claiming with the due amounts and threatening with all nonsense.
Dear friends,

I advise you, please do not use tikona board band.
During installation and for first 3 months they will be very polite nd nice with you and after that they will not entertain any of your queries or problem.
If you try to discontinue with tikona service also they will ask you to pay the amount which you have not even used.
I got a call from Joya Bhattacharya stating that she is from delhi court chamber 133 and tikona has sent my case to them. Tikona filed a case against me stating that i have not paid 446.88 amount + 1100.12 penalty . Instead of giving me refund of amounts which were taken from me by giving false commitment they have filed a case against me !!
They made me pay the amount of 1547 and told me i will receive a clearance msg and an NOC from tikona, which i have not received yet ! If the lawyer/advocate is real then i dont expect such behaviour from her !

Tikona has not given me any good service but still charged 3k and they never replied to my query promptly.
Service is very pathetic and we will have to pay for something which we cannot even use.
Such a fraudulent company and people who are supporting it.
I will request you all please beware, do not fall in tikona's trap all they do is loot your money.
