I m from gurgaon. I before yesterday i buy tikona 6 month plan (40mb/sec) as per discuss with tikona agent. He said you receive 40 mb per sec speed. But from yesterday i receive only 15 or 16 mb speed. I already call to agent 100 times he didn't attend my call. If you not understand my problem i forward this case in consumer court. I think you understand my problem and resolve on priority. Now i want my money back. That tikona agent number is [protected],[protected] these guys abuse on call and not respond on my call. I never buy tikona internet in future if now you not give any solution. I also attech speed screenshot & what i have talked with agent also mention in screenshot that agent read my message but no reply. My user id - [protected]
