Tikona — link down from past 10 days | |||
Dear Team, I'm really frustrated with the tikona services. My account number is -[protected]. I have purchased this connection on 23rd Jan 2020. From the date of installation I'm facing frequently link down issues I have called many times to the customer care but it always take 2-3 days to resolve the queries they always says engineer will reach your location within 4 hours. Currently I'm facing link down from past 10 days I called customer care but no response from them. I called installation guy regarding this he said your POE adapter is not working, I asked him to replace it he said you need to pay the charges for replacement. I paid 200rs. Due to my emergencies but still issue is not resolved. Now he says that device which is installed on terrace is not working which is need to be replace which will cost 1500/-. If I already paid 3months rental in advance then why should I pay more charges for the Devices. This is not fair. You guys please look into it. Was this information helpful? | |||
