[Resolved] Tikona — link is not feasible at my location | |||||
The tikona connection (Id: [protected]) took about a month ago. But within a week i had about 10 complaints of link not running. Within 15 days i had more than 20 complaints registered and 4 engineer visits to my place. The engineer have feedbak that the link will never run as the access point is too far compared to the maximum distance allowed. I had requested for termination of the link and refund of the money which they confirmed will be done by the end of september 2017. But nothing is being done till now. Now even the my registered number is not allowed access to their complain number and talk to their representatives. The level of being pathetic is taken to new heights by tikona by being such a fraud. Was this information helpful? | |||||
