I think TIKONA is the biggest "digital scam" in this country. I have opted for a pre-paid connection, I paid full amount and got TIKONA subsription on october 2019. Now, just after a week, the connection became worst. I called customer Care executive several times, i asked and called the agent several times, no, for no use. I paid extra amount as the agent promised that he is going to give direct ethernet cable and a battery to the main router so that I can use internet even when there is no electricity, but no, that never happened.
Now, after asking multiple times for disconnection, I paid again 3000 rs on May 15, which renewed my services for 3 months( till august 15). I left my place on 30th june and the rest of the days there was no usage of internet( waste of my money)
Now, this scam company is asking me to pay again rs 3000, and as they are saying, it is a "prepaid-postpaid connection". Calling multiple times to tikona care and writing several emails did not help.
Today, they sent me a legal notice kind of thing( way to cheat), that I need to pay immediately. I emailed and tried to call again. I swear, if I get one more call or an email as such, I am going to lodge an FIR and raise a court complaint under IPC Section 421. Its enough of harassment, even they sent 3-4 people at my place to threaten me and to pay the amount even though i had requested disconnection and multiple grivences, is this the way you run your business in a democratic country? You send me a legal notice( fake)??? Be ready for a hefty compensation. Thank you

I have been asking for compensation and a means to complain as well because now they have generated a new bill of 1255Rs. I dont even live in that city anymore!!
