[Resolved] Tikona — Low browsing and download speeds | |||||
I bought the lowest plan of tikona that costs me ₹675 without taxes and ₹770 with taxes. I am supposed to get a browsing speed of 4mbps. I had to pay ₹2605 initially for three months advance then i can continue to pay them monthly. Right now i am getting a browsing speed of 2.11mbps(Latest speed test) which is not upto the mark at all. I have complained for 4 times and everytime i complain they say that they will do something as soon as possible to increase the speed but they have never done anything. I need a my browsing speed back to normal and a compensation of an increased browsing speed without any changes to my monthly rates. Was this information helpful? | |||||
