Tikona — Mental harassment and immoral practices | |||
Hi Tikona, I am literally fed up with the mental harassment from your side. I have already notified the customer care about closing my account from this billing cycle, but I am still being bombarding for imaginary outstanding amount. I had paid my bill in one month advanced and there is no outstanding bills on my name. I tried calling customer care but can't connect even after 15 minutes of waiting. I have sent multiple emails to Customer care. But they ignore my emails and kept me sending bill reminders. Please work on this. -Saurabh Was this information helpful? | |||
