Tikona — Mental harassment and not taking technical complaint and not giving waiver in bill | |||
Userid:[protected] I am not getting speed as per ur plan in secondary 4mbps(Fluctation)...Getting max 700kbps and every time below 250kbps.. I talked with supervisor name : mr.Ashwin...Really he is mad guys and mental harshment me and not even taking my compaint... My cpe device is connected to annandam nagar main tower... Plz. Resolve bandwidth problem cheating customer... And waiver is not provided inspite of having only 4hrs connectivity per day.. Worst internet service provider in world.. I want indian government to cancel the license of tikona for not sticking to rules and cheatly very badly to customer.. No waiver Was this information helpful? | |||
