I haven't received any response from Your side, today is the 1st of September and the acknowledgement is of Aug 5. I think i should'nt say anything else about your service..
Its more than 25 Days and you guys are still looking into the compliant.
Today i got a call from[protected] again saying that we are giving summons.
Can you resolve this issue at the earliest or else i will be forced to take you to the Consumer court for Harassment.

I had a connection of tikona and my User id was [protected] have being using this service for 4 years and took 599 unlimited plan. After using there service after 2 months, the service was pathetic.From that time i asked them to disconnect the service but the use to turn upto me and use the replace the router which was used already used by someone else after looking at the condition and the same connection problem used to start again after 2 to 3 days. They did not returned me my installation which they took 1000 rs from me which was not given after the service was disconnectted by me as all the wires and router where taken back..I had asked them to disconnect the service in January 2014 but they turn back in March and did it in the 31st Mar 2014 for which i have to pay 673 rs rent monthly for 2 months ( 1346 rs ) with no usage of the broadband has the service was not functionable and looted money from me.
Now all of a sudden Yesterday i.e., on 21st April 2014 from mobile no. [protected] got call from Lawyer named something from the chamber of Rk Gupta Delhi High Court and asking me to pay 2600 rs or else he will put up the case in Delhi court.A big Fraud Broadband
connection i have ever seen...
Today again that on 4th September that lady called me up and saying that they are giving summons.
What stupidity is going on.
Is the way to treat the people who disconnect from your service... ?????

I had a connection of tikona and my User id was [protected] have being using this service for 4 years and took 599 unlimited plan. Dear All,
I am also getting these call from Tis Hazari Court saying a case has been filled against you by Tikona due to non - payment of due amount. In my case which is nothing. I have been calling and writing emails to Tikona customercare but getting no response from them.
I am attaching copy of Tikona customer care email where in they have clearly mentioned there is no due amount to be paid.
I would urge this forums support to help resolve my issue.

I would like to highlight this issue prevalent with this company (Tikona
Digital Networks Pvt. Ltd.). I have been getting threatening calls from
mob no . [protected] .this man tells me that heis from Narendra Kalra's
Office who apparently is an Advocate at the Delhi Tis Hazari Court and
told me that i have 30 mins or else a Court case will be filed against
me and my CIBIL score will be hampered with.I had already request the company to disconnect my connection
But this never
happened.
I told the guy(Narendra Kalra's Office) that this is the worst thing
and i had no bill to pay and take it up in the consumer court against Tikona
I had already sent emails to their customer care team about the disconnection and for false bill
that they generated but there was no action from there side.
I would urge this forums support
1) To First blacklist such pathetic companies who charge you but do not
provide the service
2) Secondly if there are other members who have experienced such
incidents, we can all go up against this pathetic company and seek

I would like to highlight this issue prevalent with this company (Tikona
Digital Networks Pvt. Ltd.). I have been getting threatening calls from
[protected]. This woman tells me that she is from Narendra Kalra's
Office who apparently is an Advocate at the Delhi Tis Hazari Court and
told me that i have 30 mins or else a Court case will be filed against
me and my CIBIL score will be hampered with.I have been requesting the sales guys whom i had
taken the connection from to disconnect the connection. But this never
happened.
I told the lady(Narendra Kalra's Office) that this is the worst thing
and i will take it up in the consumer court against Tikona and Narendra
kalra.
I had sent emails to their customer care team about the illogical bill
that they generated but there was no action from there side. Ultimately i had to tell the
sales guy to disconnect
and to my dismay it wasnt done.
