I have subscribed for tikona internet service around 3rd march 2017 but due ti pathetic service i called your customer care after 3 days to disconnect my internet connection and refund the money if possible. But your executive asked me to keep using the service as i have already paid for 3 months. Even i asked him to disconnect because i am already using airtel service and your internet is really pathetic in comparison to that and don't want service any more. Now its not my fault if you are not serving my disconnection request. After some weeks i received one call from tikona customer care asking that why i am not using internet service as i have already paid for 3 months. As i have already mentioned that i requested for disconnection and you didn't discontinue that service. Now your people are mentally harrassing me and threatening. I checked my email today saying that i have not returned company equipmenta. No address is mentioned there where to send those equipment. Nobody approached me for collecting the same.
I am using airtel broadband since last 4 years without any late payment or anything. I am a law abiding citizen of india and a respected officer in bank. Tikona company i request you to please accept that you are not able to deliver good service to your customer and your customer care is really pathetic. Please change its name to customer harrassment department and stop harrassing me anymore.
