Hello, I'm Rudra & I've been using Tikona connection from last 1 year. They were providing very worst service & internet was not working so I gave complaint to disconnect my account ([protected]) on 23-Aug-2015. After that I called them so many times to disconnect it but they kept saying you will receive 5 calls to from disconnection department of Tikona for this and still if you don't want to go ahead with our connection then it will get disconnected. Also, I asked them how much full & final amount which I needed to pay then they said we'll let you know once it's going to disconnect. I haven't yet received any call or mail for full and final payment which I needed to pay. Also, I asked telecaller executives of tikona where shall I pay the bill for the month of August or not then they said don't pay it now and directly pay the full and final amount. Now they are sending me bill including late payment charges which is not right. Whenever I used to call them IVR used to give me reply that we'll get back to you but I didn't receive any call. Also, they told to me that I need to pay only that much of bill till the time I've used tikona service. Last time time I used the Tikona service was 10-Sept-2015 and after that I've not used Tikona internet. My bill date is 26 of every month so as per this why should I pay the bill after 10-Sept-2015. I should be charged as pro-rata basis. I was ready to pay the bill but I din't get any notification that how much is my full & final amount. Also, the last mail which I got from Tikona on[protected] where it was mentioned that I need to pay the bill of 998 without termination penalty & 2498 with termination penalty so I din't understand whether it was full and final amount or last outstanding bill amount. So, I replied to same mail on[protected] where I mentioned that how much do I need to pay full and final amount. I didn't understand without termination penalty & with termination penalty. I've attached last mail & 2nd last mail from Tikona regarding the disconnection and billing collection. Also, I've attached my last mail to tikona ([protected]@tikona.in) where I asked them for full & final amount which I need to pay and till the time I haven't yet received any reply. Now, they are calling me from the number [protected] (Person name is Tripathi) and saying they are calling from Delhi court and we got case against you and you need to pay the bill of 998 Rs. and settle matter out of court otherwise we'll file a case and you need to come to Delhi court for this. This is a mental harassment for me. I gave request for disconnection and instead of disconnecting they kept charging me the bill for their service which I didn't use after 10-Sept-15 with late payment charges. I called them so many times to check the disconnection progress then I din't even receive any proper response from them related to this. You can check the call conversations in between me & Tikona for this. Desirable resolution :- I should be charged only that much how much I've used Tikona services. I should be informed full and final amount so I'll pay it & connection should be disconnected asap.

Why I haven't yet received any communication regarding full and final bill amount which I need to pay ?

If you noted my concern and the team is working then why you people are calling me again and again by saying that I'm calling from Delhi court & if you want to settle this matter then make online payment.

This is ridiculous. Please inform your people that you are already working on it & till the time you don't find out any solution then don't call me. Whenever you are ready with full and final amount let me know but till that time please don't call me and don't tell me that I'm calling from Delhi court and settle the matter out of court.

This is not good thing.

Hello,

I got another harassment call from number [protected]. Person used abusive language. He didn't have common sense.

Your people are still calling me without seeing this complaint which I registered here and i request you to stop harassing me by calling like this otherwise I need to go into court against you.

They should have looked at this complaint and then should asked me for the bill.
Your people on the number[protected] are not responding to my call after waiting 10-15 minutes. Then suddenly say you will get call from us and I don't get any call from them.

Please look into this and provide me solution for this.
Bill has been paid and here is the copy of it. I hope I should not get any call from Tikona now.
