Tikona — Mental Harassment from Customer care and Lots of career growth losses | |||||
I have been using tikona broadband for around 4 months and I really had a very bad experience. After filling plenty of complains on their customer care there was no resolution to my problem due to which i was not able to attend many skype interviews which lead to stop my career growth. And today i got a call from someone called Anjana Sharma, numbers: [protected] and [protected]. and as per her she is going to file a legal complain against me for not paying the due amount. If i had asked for disconnection then why there was no disconnection done. In the period o[censored]sing tikona service I asked then plenty of time to disconnect the service but non of the executive turned up. Was this information helpful? | |||||
