[Resolved] Tikona — Misleading Information given | |||
I had taken a new connection in Vasai (E) after seeing the advertisements across vasai and before taking the connection I had spoken to the contact person "Abdul" about my requirement, to which he suggested me to go for the 3 month plan so that the installation becomes free for me, to which I told him that I would be out of Mumbai starting September so it will be a waste of money. He was very kind (sarcasm) to tell me that I can call the customer care and stop the connection for the time being that I am out and I agreed to what he said, today when I called the customer care number, they informed me that this thing cannot be done at all. Is this kind of service you offer to just have a sale done??? Pathetic service. I had taken this connection few years back but stopped it due to the service, I took it again last month thinking the service must have improved but no change.
