Tikona — money taken but no broadband connection given | |||
I have paid rs.4744 to tikona website 17 april 2020 for getting new broadband internet connection in my home as per the guidance of tikona sales executive satish devtwal. The sales person assured that new connection will be set up by 20 april 2020 but after getting payment there have not been any response from him. My calls are not answered and the texts are ignored, i have raised complaint in tikona customer care by email but they are also not supporting. It is a mental stress for me to ask again and again without getting any response from the sales person and customer care. I don't recommend anyone to get tikona.
