Tikona — My issue hasn't been addressed | |||
Tikona Subscriber ID: [protected] I have been using tikona connection for the last 14 months and i have created more than 10 tickets for the connectivity issue, every time they sent an engineer to my place and the engineer had to adjust a device which is in upstairs to their tower then internet will work for next 20 days. if heavy wind or rain comes my internet connection will go down, later i went to the upstairs to check the device and found they fixed the device with the broomstick which cannot survive in the heavy rain and wind. i called tikona and raised a ticket to relocate the device to a different place where other tikona customers have their device, all their devices are fixed in a strong poll and in the tallest place. when i called tikona to do the same for my device, engineer answered me that this is not possible to relocate the device and asked me to call them if any issues with the connection. yesterday i got a problem with my internet connection, i did not get the tikona login page, so i called them and waited for more than 20 minutes on cal, then the call was answered by tikona support, technician placed me on hold to check the connectivity from their end, she put me on hold for more than 10 minutes and she dropped the call. Someone pls help me to relocate the device to a different location to receive proper signal. Thanks, Was this information helpful? | |||
