Tikona — Neither resolving issue nor telling me how to end service

Its been 5 days since I am getting intermittent connection. When engineer comes and fixes area device it works for an hour or two and then it does not work anymore. I've raised complaint many times but they never resolve it permanently. The uneducated people keep telling me that router is not working. I have checked each and every port on router. It works perfectly fine. Its their devices that are not high quality and gives issues every 2 months. The guy who visits never visits actual premises to check it installed device is working fine. Today I called the guy at least 18 times but he simply doesn't care to respond. So for this bad service I want to terminate my services with tikona but they are not telling me how to end it. And its not first time, the issues with tikona not providing service exists from past 2 years.

+ the issue of area device being faulty was raised multiple times. Some engineers who visited in past themselves told me that area device is faulty and root cause for all the network issues.

In last visit I had upgraded connection on specific condition that I get a separate high frequency device dedicated for my connection. Today when I visited the rooftop the device is not there and the wire is plugged in regular device. The device on top has no green light which definitely confirms its a dead device. Why did someone removed the high frequency device that was installed specifically for my connection for such issues that occurred in past and that too without informing me??

Now tikona has silently choose to resolve the issue overnight which was going on for last 5 days (I hope its resolved permanently, because their yesterday's fix lasted for 2 hours before everything going dead). But the issue of separate HF device still remains at large. I upgraded my connection only on the condition that I get a separate HF device which was installed at a point (btw that too took me posting to social network to get attention as their sales guy told me device is available while technician said its not available for 4 days) but now its not a dedicated HF device for my connection. I request you to re-install it in only in my own terrace at 2nd floor as your service guys conveniently took it when it was installed on rooftop.
