[Resolved] Tikona — Network connectivity | |||||
Hi, I am a tikona customer and using it's service since Feb 2016. I have worst experience with tikona services. I have to connect tikona connection every hour, some times twice in an hour, some times in every 5 minutes. Now the situation goes at height of worst that I am not able to see login page since last 4 days. I raised a complain regarding the same but they are looking the issue only not resolving. I had to do some urgent bank transactions but I am helpless. The worst thing with all this situation is, I am not able to talk with tikona executive. Once I call toll-free no. IVRS says that we are looking already your issue and the call get disconnect automatically. Could anyone help or tell me some solution of this?
