[Resolved] Tikona Network — Internet not working | |||
Hi, I took the Tikona internet connection in the month of November 2019 and since then it's not working. For few days it worked at the lowest speed! I called them number of times and 1 engineer updated me about the issue. The signals were not captured due to barriers and also that person has ensured me that I will get the reimbursement of 6 months. After that my complaint details just disappeared from the Tikona app. I took another internet connection now. Still Tikona asociates are calling me for the due bill for not using it! Strange! Is there any way to complaint in the consumer forum for this worst service. Was this information helpful? | |||
