Tikona — Network not working since the day of installation | |||||
Sir, My user id is [protected]. I got Tikona installed in sep end but since that day the network did not work for a single day. I complaint about it many times at your helpdesk. The engineer visited it many times but my problem is not resolved. He told me that signals are weak at this location and it would not work. Can I please raise a request of refund in that case.
