[Resolved] Tikona — Network problem not resolved by tikon and yearly payment take | |||
I buy tikon subscriptions on[protected] with one year plan on the day installation as per plan WiFi speed not available. I taken 40 mbps speed. I agreed that 100% speed never come. as per given plan but 80% to 70% speed what I expected. But on the day one sale person Mr Mahendra visited time of installation but same I inform him speed is not available he agreed and he said that there is some problem after two days he and engineers mr Rahul visited and fix the problem temporary after 3 days same problem related I continuously follow up with Sales team and engineer team but not get response. After I visited office address and meet Mr Suryakant Shukla that he send engineer and resolve problem after 10 days same problem start related but no one responded and I raised the complaint via app and mail but they directly closed the all ticket. Today I completely one month after buying subscriptions and I raised the 6 time ticket but still issue not resolved. I need my cash refund due to bad services. Was this information helpful? | |||
