[Resolved] Tikona — never pay in advance to tikona and frustrating customer care | |||||
I got into the trap of tikona by paying them in advance for six months.in the fourth month, there was technical error and my connection was interrupted, i was not able to use it. I complained and the technical team came to my place to resolve but they found out that they cannot resolve the issue and so i was not able to use the internet. I stopped using and called customer care to disconnect my service and return me my amount of two months which was remaining, but he said it's not the policy, so i said to discontinue after my plan gets over. He said ok. But after two months new bill was generated of rs 946 and asked me to pay. I called customer care, they told your connection is not canceled so you are charged and you have to pay it. If you do not pay you will receive the calls again and again from our end. I told that you check my usage. They confirmed since last 3-4 months you have not logged in but still, we will charge you. After so many talks with customer care i again received new amount to pay ie rs 603. I wonder how the amount was reduced. And again the drama of calling and troubling. It was so frustrating.in fear and frustration that they will again call me and trouble me i paid the amount. I recommend dont ever become victim as me. Was this information helpful? | |||||
