[Resolved] Tikona — new installation | |
I applied to tikona for new broadband connection, all document verification and payment is done. I made the payment on 17/09/2019. I received message regarding installation on 21/09/2019. From 21/09/2019 to 24/09/2019 no installation has bee done. The technical engineer don't respond to calls and the technical support team is also not helping with the problem.
