I booked New TIKONA Connection 4 Mbps Rs.1250 Plan on their website on 22 May 2015. They did not give me User ID Number. My application was allotted a User ID Number [protected] only after complain on 28/5/15. I complained to TIKONA helpline and they assured URGENT ACTION. Till date, no engineer contacted me. Please ask them to expedite.
