Tikona — No Care After Sale Servivce | |||
I have a tikona Internet connection with 4MBPS speed. It worked fine for a couple of weeks from the installation date and after that the problem started. I never get the speed. All the time it keeps on dropping below 1MBPS and when we complain they always say it will be fixed in 8 hours. And when we wait for 8 hours they give us a next 8 hours wait. Everytime i check the connection I find that every 4th hop drops within network. I have complaint more than 200 times but there is no response from them.
