[Resolved] Tikona — no connection from last 6 days

It has been my third complain since last 1 week. But the issue is not resolved. Your technician comes and visit the site as soon as he leaves, problem arises.
Is this the procedure to harass the customers, taking advance payment of six months and providing poorest services.
Please ensure my balance month payment is reimbursed, i don't want any kind of false services.
