[Resolved] Tikona — No connectivity and slow speed

In the month of april, i took tikona as my isp as they have feasibility in my location, now i use only 2-3 hours of internet in a day but never get a good speed i am on 3mpbs plan where as i getting 0.13 mbps speed i contacted tikona multiple times for the same but they only arrange a tech. Tech already told me its becuase of the reliance mobile network tower and that the reason i not getting proper signal. And tikona asking me to erect a pole near the boundry wall of the roof where they plant there device i took a estimate how much i've to pay for the pole its near about 3500 and tikona wants me to pay for that..
