Hello Sir,
I am fed up of calling and complaining to customer care.
Whenever I need to do some urgent work, network is down and on calling customer care they reply
they are working on the issue and my issue would be resolver in next 8 working hours.
It is happening all the time.They don't assign technician easily.
Today the technician came, he spend more than 4 hours to resolve the problem but no result.
Can you please tell me why are giving new connections when you dont have the resources to support them.
The access point of our area is overloaded due to which speed reduced to .2mbps and my plan is of 4 mbps.
I have paid an advance rent of 3 months and i want that amount to be refunded asap
You can check my sessions and complained history and you can see what is happening.
I had to go several times to cyber cafe because of emergency inspite of being subscribed to 4MBPS connection and i want that money to be refunded (Rs. 550)
Please take appropriate actions asap.
