Tikona — No disconnection after so many complaints requests | |||
I have paid subscription for 3 months. But sorry to say Tikona internet services are very poor, it worked only one month about. After so many complaints, i got no resolution. And now its over 2 months i have requested for disconnection but they took no action till now. They call me every day and say "we are forwarding your request" but they don't do anything and sending me bills every month and i am not even using their services. They irritate me everyday by calling and messaging me about bill details. I would suggest everyone to not use their services. They have WORST service. They give connection to you in 2 days but take months for disconnection and they provide no waiver. Was this information helpful? | |||
