[Resolved] Tikona — No dissconection when asked and charging extra money | |||
I took Tikona broadband connection(user ID- [protected]) on 16 June, 2014 with payment of Rs. 2576 which includes installation charge + 2 months rental till 15 August, 2014, but soon I got frustrated with the pathetic service and after multiple unanswered complains, I requested for disconnection on 1st July and found the attached response from company. As per the ambiguity shown by mail i concluded that it will be disconnected in 10-12 days. But nothing happened. Again I put a fresh request for disconnection on 2nd August for disconnection but again received the same response but connection was still active. I was traveling out of city and when I came back on 24th August and again requested and then only it could be disconnected. But to add to my surprise company fined me with 425 (325 + 100 fine) with legal notice. With this behavior and unprofessional-ism of this broadband provider, I faced mental torture and now they are threatening with legal notice Was this information helpful? | |||
