My tikona connection [protected] was taken at a speed of 512 kbps the person who came for fitting said that no download limits are there, i can enjoy the speed of 512 kbps for my 6 months subscription without any hastle. now after five months you have downgraded my speed and saying i have reached my fair user limit.
