This is the 4th day that intern access has been disconnected. There is a problem with the modem/router and despite repeated requests, no engineer has been sent to check this issue. I keep getting messages that the connectivity is fine till the rooftop but still I am unable to have internet access.
I have mentioned to multiple representatives that the router or modem is malfunctioning.
