[Resolved] Tikona — No internet and poor customer service | |||||
Hi guys, I have been using tikona from a long time but never get the internet properly. They always give excuses for no internet. Not a reliable company at all. Worst customer service experience. Would recommend not to use it. Even jio is far better than tikona. I have to face this issue every month whenever i call them only excuse they provide me with is that there is an issue with the back and however that's a complete lie. Customer service is very poor cause whenever i called them all they do is disconnect the call whenever they don't find anything getting resolve all they have to do is ask me to wait and i have to wait for like 5 to 7 days to get the resolution.
