[Resolved] Tikona — no internet connection after taking money

My tikonaa user id is [protected]. Tikona connection was done on 4th of this month. But after taking cash my internet connection has worked on ver y less no of days. Almost always its disconnected. When complaint they don't pay fix even after repeated complaints. They don't send their person easily to fix connection. Today also its two days already, and my internet connection is not fixed. The service person no they have given does not talk and keeps mobile switched off.
This is pathetic situation and its causing lot of mental harrasment also. I need my deposited amount back as I am not getting service. Also want my mobile bill is to be reimbursed by Tikona, which I have incurred waiting and talking for hours.
also I claim 10000 rs as compensation for my mental harrasement and poor service.
