Tikona — No internet connectivity | |||
My Tikona Customer ID no [protected]. I have two years 60 Mbps plan for internet connect from tikona at my home in Ahmedabad Gujarat. This new plan I have taken effective from end of june 2020. Before this I have monthly rental plan from tikona. After getting two year plan, every 2-3 days, I am facing a problem of connectivity in my house. Last complain I had logged on 7th july 2020 . my complain no on tikona digital platform is 1-[protected] and 1-[protected]. I request them to resolve it permanently and if not than return my advance money so that I can take connection from others. Was this information helpful? | |||
