Hello, I've been using Tikona for a really long time. It used to be decent, but recently they're just doing as they wish. There's isn't any internet access at my premise and there's is no response from them at all.
There always has been internet cut, but it used to be resolved in a day or two but always get a sincere response. But this time, I've had enough. Pathetic services. And not only poor communication, but no communication at all. There's no so called "auto generated mail" saying they have "high volume", means they're already having so many complaints.
I've tried WhatsApp services (which menat to available 24 hours) but still there is not a single reply.
And their customer care number are out of service. It doesn't make any sense. I had to write here, because there is no contact with any representative at all. I myself found an local Tikona Engineer contact and told me the issue will resolve in a week. I don't have that much time. My professional life is suffering from this pathetic services. Even that guy told me, he's unable to connect with any representative on your side. He just had to wait on the application.
If there's a single day delay on the bill payment, they start charging penalties. But what about the the No internet connection days? Where I have already paid for the days/months etc they don't refund those amount.
Such horrible company.
