[Resolved]  Tikona — no internet problem

My tikona id is :-[protected].and i am new customer of yours,
I am using unlimited (10mbps) plan, everyday in night after 10 o'clock to morning, internet not works. Initially i thought its network issue and after switching on and off it will work but nothing happed. Than i tried to call customer care than they are also not responding.. In my whole life i never experienced such a worst Internet provider.
