So I got my internet connection 15 days back. I had to get it from this company cause my society allows me to take it from them only. After they set it up my connection has never worked. I've been dialling their customer care no everyday but nobody responds and I keep getting a sms saying my problem has been solved. The person who put the cone croon has stopped taking my calls and nobody ever responds. today I finally got through to somebody and I asked them for a refund and they put my call on hold for 15 mins and then somebody else came on the phone asking what my problem was. So after explaining everything again she said they will take 24 hrs to solve it. But this is my 14th complaint to them in 15 days. I don't know what to do?
