Tikona — No Network since Two months | |||
I have my internet connected with Tikona since 3 years approximately and there has always been a network issue for them very month twice or thrice i have to raise Complain to the internal team and sometimes they send onsite Technician Now since two months I am working from home and their internet connectivity was bad initially and later it got disconnected permanently.last Month they call us and requested to pay the bill after even the bill was paid the Onsite Technician didnot arrive.I stay in a stand alone buildig where there is no security However still they say they were prohibited.They have generate bill for this month for no service when a IT is raied they say someone has prohibited from coming in the building.My area is green zone with no issue but still a problem for them.I am bound to escalate about it now Compali numbers 1-[protected], 1-[protected], 1-[protected] User ID is [protected] Now I want to withdraw services without any charge as i am fed up with their service and no customer service team available after unlock 1.0 .
