[Resolved] Tikona — No proper connectivity and waiver | |||||
Hi Team, I raised disconnection request on Nov 3rd, 1-[protected] Connectivity is very worst till Jan 10 since Nov 1st, But the disconnection request is closed just by providing waiver of 250 Rs. that too without any confirmation from my end. Always telling usage(data consumed) as reason not at all considering the complaints and non usage. Very worst customer support whenever we call mostly line is busy or some person will pick give different reason and raise complaint, even after escalations no one minding about the complaints. Finally went to local office and sorted out the issue now not providing waiver Connectivity to be provided for 24X7 not only for few days that too with frequent disconnection and slow speed. If connectivity is perfectly fine why your team should continuously raise new ticket and escalate the issue.
