[Resolved]  Tikona — No refund after cancelling account

My user ID with Tikona is [protected]. I have stopped usage since November 2015 requesting the Tikona account to be closed. I have made over 20 calls and spent hours on the phone speaking to Tikona customer care and supervisors and only heard lies from them that the account is cancelled or terminated then I was informed that the account is not cancelled and also that the check is despatched and later was told it is not despatched. I am tired of these lies as Tikona is worst in Internet service and also in resolving complaints. How can a company take over 3 months to issue a cheque to refund the advance I had paid to them but later closed my account.

You will be charged up to your disconnection request date or billing cycle date or last usage date whichever is later. If you wish you may still use the services anytime in future, you will be charged 5 Paisa / MB (excluding tax) with speed up to 4Mbps.
